“It took a while (6 weeks) to receive the item, even though I ordered them 4 weeks before Christmas, probably due to the time it takes to custom make the slippers, plus the distance, plus the influx of packages that time of year. Mary was very communicative and quick to act when I told her I still hadn't received them. Ultimately I got my slippers and they were worth the wait! They are beautiful and look just like the picture. I plan on buying more products from this shop! ”
