Exception: Custom-made products created to your specifications (such as custom pet portraits) are exempt from this right, as they cannot be resold.
Legal Guarantee
Under EU law, all products come with a minimum 2-year legal guarantee. If a product is faulty or doesn't match the description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to:

Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and refunded if this occurs.
Handcrafted Products
We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. Each piece is unique! These natural variations are not considered defects.

Under this license, you may not:
