She was super communicative and eventually had to remake my tree topper, which I felt bad about but she was gracious about it. “TLDR: really disappointed with how long the shipping took, but product is nice and I’d recommend. I finally received my product today, Mar 19, 2025. I ordered this on Dec 5, 2024. It was promised to be delivered by Jan 28, no big deal. I requested the wings and halo NOT to be glued on the dog, in my order notes. They came glued on.. I did not receive as great as customer service as everyone else in reviews. Others mentioned they received pictures of the product ensuring it was good before it was sent. I never received pictures. Had to ask for them and was told her phone pictures were deleted. But then they were recovered once I filed an issue with my order. But the quality of the work is very nice. The topper is really nice looking and looks like my dog. Even had little features so she definitely took time looking at the photos”
