“I ordered a custom mini guinea pig as a memorial for my sweet little guy that recently passed away. It is wonderful; it looks exactly like him. The level of detail is really accurate. The seller was pretty prompt with responses, given the difference in time zones. She was polite and answered all of my questions. I gave 4 stars for customer service, rather than 5, because my item was not started until I inquired about it a few days after giving her all the details required. Once she said she would work on it, it was done quickly, though. I also asked her to notify me when it was finished, because I was hoping to see it before it was mailed. She said she would notify me, but did not. Ultimately, I definitely recommend this item. It was very worth it.”

“My felt Reaper is adorable! She got her chest perfect and even got her white blaze on her nose off center just like my girl Reaper 's is! She even got her fat little belly! I was so happy to finally receive her! Shipping took a bit, but it's international and the seller checked shipping status for me when it wasn't showing up on my end to keep me posted. She was an absolute doll through the whole process! My husband works at a dog center and I have a feeling some co-workers will be ordering after seeing the quality product we received. I'm so excited to see her on the Christmas tree this year! She's wonderful!”
